Abstract

This work examines the impact the print media newspaper exercises in shaping the Nigerian political structure. The Print Media newspaper has been a tool in tackling so many problems in Nigeria which include the political matters of the country. Nigeria is a developing nation and thus the need to keep its political structure shaped becomes necessary. That is why the need for the research topic The Impact of The Print Media Newspaper in Shaping Nigerian Political Structure with special reference to Kogi Metropolis political structure because of its centrality in Nigeria as it a links between all the regions of Nigeria. The researcher made use of the most efficient and effective way it sourcing information from public offices holders, traditional rulers, citizens of the area of study. Questionnaire as one of the instruments were distributed to respondents randomly using chisquare scientific research method. The hypothesis was tested, and the result reflected The Impact of the Print Media Newspaper in Shaping Nigerian Political Structure. Recommendations and conclusion were made based on the findings of the researcher.
